Urgently required “Transmission Engineers/OTN DWDM”
No of Positions : 2
Location: Islamabad/Lahore
Experience: At least 4-5 years related experience
Responsible for:
· Hands on expertise on PTN/OTN/DWDM products with strong Management & Technical skills (ZTE Products Experienced will be preferred)
· Provide technical support and Troubleshooting of Transport Network nodes [PTN & DWDM/OTN] & 100% network availability by 24/7
· Capable of handling all L-3 related tickets independently & able to communicate with back-end support teams for the successful closure of all transport network trouble tickets as per SLA
· Meeting and coordination with customer representatives in order to discuss the network issues/queries/plans/RCA,s and provide technical support for the resolution.
· Perform PTN Swaps, new integration nodes, Network inspections & version upgrade etc activities
