Job Title: 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 – 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲
Location: Emerald Tower, Clifton, Block-5, Karachi
Timings: Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in a related field.
Qualification: Graduate degree holder (Bachelor’s degree).
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of policyholder payments and premiums
- Identify and follow up on overdue payments and premiums
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Track and improve policy renewal/persistency ratios
- Generate reports and support revival campaigns
- Resolve customer queries related to renewals
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
