🖥️ Job Title: IT Support Specialist
📍 Location: Clifton, Karachi.
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
💼 Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in a similar IT support or help desk role.
🎓 Education: Graduate

Responsibilities:

-Install/configure hardware, software, and networks
-Provide technical support (onsite & remote)
-Monitor systems, LAN/WAN, and security tools (firewall, endpoint, SIEM)
-Handle user accounts, backups, and IT inventory
-Troubleshoot issues and manage repairs
-Assist with cybersecurity (malware, phishing, antivirus)
-Track tasks and maintain documentation
