We are looking for competent ‘Branch Operations Officer – Lahore’ in our company who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations.
Responsibilities:
· To look after the administrative matters of the branch, including but not limited to, general administration, maintenance and other ancillary tasks.
· Collection and deposits of the contributions as per the guidelines provided by the Head-Office.
· Periodic reporting to the Head-Office on the affairs of the branch.
· Servicing the internal and external customers in the branch.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office and ensure its smooth functioning and record correspondences.
