JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and implement product strategies for SDRP and home remittance in alignment with the business objectives
- Manage budget plans for SDRP and HRC to achieve actual and stretch budgets
- Enable and supervise new product development, enhancement, and go-to-market strategies including planning, testing, and launches
- Lead all aspects of the SDRP product lifecycle, including customer feedback and concerns management, issue resolution, and features evolution
- Attend internal meetings and where required, meetings with regulator (State Bank of Pakistan), ensuring compliance, efficient communication, and swift resolution of regulatory or operational issues
- Support feature enhancements and collaborate with redemption partners to improve user experience and streamline operational efficiency within the SDRP domain
