Title: Associate – Workplace Communication
Job Role & Requirements
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies, including stationery, grocery, and cleaning materials
- Coordinate purchase requests, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely inventory replenishment
- Manage pool car bookings, maintain usage logs, and ensure adherence to travel policies
- Track vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and driver availability for smooth transport operations
- Oversee employee attendance via portal, including monitoring, reporting, and resolving discrepancies
- Manage gym facility, access control, equipment upkeep, and vendor coordination for repairs
- Arrange cost efficient travel and accommodation for employees in compliance with company policy
- Support logistics for internal and external events by coordinating venues, catering, and other arrangements
- Interact with vendors, verify service delivery, facilitate payments, and maintain vendor records
