Title: Deputy Manager / Manager – Offensive Security
Job Role & Requirements:
- Manage Internal and External VAPT Program.
- Manage RFPs and procurement of offensive security projects and tools.
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud infrastructure/services.
- Develop and execute attack strategies to simulate real-world attacks and identify vulnerabilities that may be missed by automated tools.
- Conduct social engineering and red team exercises to assess the effectiveness of organizational policies, controls, and user awareness.
- Support technical teams to understand their security needs and provide recommendations for improving their security posture.
- Review vulnerabilities with respective internal and external teams for risk assessment, prioritization, and compensating controls according to risk factors to the organization.
- Assist in incident response activities as needed.
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, programming, and scripting languages.
- Good knowledge of relevant international security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, OWASP, NIST, etc.
