Job Role & Requirements
- Develop DLP policies and program, administer DLP controls, and conduct data-leakage awareness sessions for users across the organization.
- Perform enterprise-wide data discovery and classification activities to identify, label, and protect sensitive data, including PII, CHD, and other confidential information.
- Configure, maintain, and continuously optimize DLP policies across endpoints, email, and network.
- Monitor, investigate, and triage DLP alerts, validate true positives, and execute appropriate remediation actions in coordination with incident response teams.
- Collaborate with business units and security stakeholders to refine DLP rules, reduce false positives, enhance detection accuracy, and expand policy coverage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and security standards by enforcing proper handling of sensitive data.
- Oversee daily security operations and support the administration of security technologies including EDR, XDR, Proxy, and DNS security platforms, ensuring effective implementation and control performance.
- Implement and maintain File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), analyze FIM alerts, manage baselines and policies, and escalate anomalies indicative of security events or unauthorized modifications.
