JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for planning, implementation, and administration of organization’s ERM, BCP & Incident Management program
- Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks, international standards and SBP guidelines (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT, PFMI)
- Conduct regular Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical functions and dependencies
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate emerging risks by engaging with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with the departments to ensure effective controls in all areas
- Provide risk advisory for new projects, technology implementations, and product rollouts
- Maintain post-incident reviews to capture learnings and strengthen resilience
- Obtain incident & operational data to identify, develop and update Key Risk Indicators
- Manage KRIs to track trends, guide mitigations, and ERM reporting
